Is band camp fun?
Everyone knows that band camp is awesome, and the the best part is learning all of our charts and perfecting our stuff, but we like to make it a little more interesting... So we always have a spirit week during band camp to keep people on their toes, and the winners of each day will receive awards on Friday!  Nothing wrong with a little friendly competition right?  Make sure all items / outfits are appropriate and won't disrupt from learning that days stuff though!

Sunday, August 7th:  Color Day - Everyone wears their section's colors.
  • Percussion - Black
  • Flutes - Yellow
  • Saxes - Blue
  • Trumpets - Tye-Dye
  • Clarinets - Green
  • Horns - Pink
  • Low-Brass - Orange
  • Color Guard - Purple
Monday, August 8th:  Career Day - Each section picks a career and dresses like that.

Tuesday, August 9th:  Unity Day - Pick something, as a section, and make it unique and appropriate!

Wednesday, August 10th:  (Last min. change!) Sports Day!

Thursday, August 11th:  Black pants & uniform white t-shirts (shirts will be available for Thursday)

Friday, August 12th:  NASCAR day!  Wear your street clothes.  Make sure you can work in these clothes and NO open toed shoes!
