Fundraising opportunities are available throughout the school year to assist students with uniform costs, music costs, travel costs, and fees associated with the music department. Every month students can do a fundraising project to offset their costs individually. Students can use money they have earned during that one school year and apply their funds to the cost of a uniform or a trip to defray the cost and pay their bill with fundraised money. Fundraising is only eligible to be used during the school year that it was raised in. For example, funds raised in September will be eligible to pay individual costs through the month of June in the same school year.

Profits earned by each student may only be used by that same student. Funds are not transferable between students. With over 300 students, this is a bookkeeping nightmare for our treasurer.
Student fundraisers are designed to help them pay for their own uniforms and other costs such as trip expenses. It is a very easy and helpful way for students to earn money with great products and profits.
If there is ever a financial concern where students cannot afford their uniform, please speak with a director through email or phone call and we will help the student through this difficulty. All students will be included regardless of financial difficulties. We are always there to assist our students.

Red Raiders Cards:
We will start selling these cards as our September fundraiser. These
cards are easy to sell as they have many great discounts from local
businesses and have proven to be a great fundraiser for the students.
Each student will start out with 5 cards to sell at $10 each card. We
would like to see each student sell 10 cards. Half of this money will
go into trip accounts, uniforms or department expenses. Students should

NASCAR Fundraiser: We always need to earn extra money for instruments and music and other important equipment as our organization is very large. So, last year, we went to NHIS in Loudon, NH and raised a great deal of money to help fill in the funding blanks in our music budget. The work involves sweeping and cleaning out the grandstands and is not difficult or physically demanding. This is an awesome way to make money that
is needed for instruments and uniforms and music. PLEASE, PLEASE Help
us for 2 hours, it is not demanding and everyone COUNTS! Please wear clothes that you can work in and NO open toed shoes.
We need 200 people at Loudon on Friday, August 12th from 5:30-7:30pm. The bus leaves @ 3:30pm and will return around 9:30pm.
We need 100 people to help us on Saturday, August 13th. Anyone is welcome over 14 years old. We will meet at 4:30pm and leave to arrive and work from 6:30-8:30pm.
