Village Concert Thank You

Dear Music Booster Families and Friends:
Just last week we were celebrating our fabulous 23rd Annual Christmas Village Concerts and now we are nearly a week before Christmas Day. As we look back and reflect on this incredible event, we cannot help but marvel about the amount of time, energy, effort, and love and support we have felt from all of our music booster friends and family. Many of you volunteered to take on one of the decades of toys to help us set the scene going into the concert stroll. When we begin to rehearse the songs for the village, we are challenged to share our vision for the annual stroll through the village. That is the part of the village where we must count on all of you to be “our eyes”. You came through in a very BIG way for all of us and did an outstanding job with all of the sets and setting the stage for our musical selections. Nightmare in the Nursery came together with many hands and hearts all for the good of our kids and the celebration of our upcoming holidays. It is difficult to truly express how much it means to always feel unconditional love and support from each of you when we plan our musical events to move our student’s music education forward in memorable ways. You have helped us create another lifetime memory for all of us. At this time of year we especially want to thank each of you for being part of our Spaulding High School Music Department Family. You each add so much to our lives and we are all so fortunate to share in the unique combination of staff, students, parents, family, and friends that truly “Take A Village” together to support our children as they learn and grow in their educational lives. We are truly blessed to be looking forward to the holidays this morning as our nation faces a national tragedy in Connecticut. I know we all are grieving with the families who have lost their children and are keeping them in our thoughts and prayers and in our hearts. Thank you so much for your support and love and giving so much of yourselves to create the 23rd annual Christmas Village. It is now a lifetime memory that you have played a large part in implanting in each of our hearts and minds forever. May you all have a wonderful and memorable holiday with friends, loved ones and family in celebrating the blessings in your life.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
